Job Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Integration Applications using Pega PRPC. Provide Technical Leadership.
• Design and Develop applications using J2EE technologies, SQL and PL/SQL.
• Develop subject matter expertise in back office processes
• Ensure a systems development methodology is followed and key components such as design, testing, code reviews and technical documentation are completed for each project and make recommendations on any process improvements
• Participate on projects by developing the technical design, leading the programming effort, assisting with testing, developing design documentation, conduct technical training, managing technical implementation tasks, and code as necessary
• Work with project management group in assigning resources to software development projects
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience with a broad range of technologies, strategies, products and their application to business services
• Experience with Pega PRPC
• Solid knowledge and experience with SOA Frameworks, Web Services Implementation
• Solid Experience in J2EE, MVC framework, HTML, Javascript, CSS, XML
• 7+ years overall software development experience
• Experience in Object Oriented Programming and design patterns
• Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Database Design
• Any exposure to Packages like Oracle CRM, Financials desirable
• Any exposure to integration tools like TIBCO, Web Methods desirable
